4. House Edge & Fees

The Site takes a 3.5% house fee from every bet. This fee is automatically deducted from payouts.

5. No Refunds

All bets are final. Since transactions occur on the blockchain, we cannot offer refunds or reverse bets. Ensure you review your bets before confirming.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any activities that manipulate the game, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt to defraud other users. Any such actions may result in a permanent ban.

7. Limitation of Liability

DegenRoulette.io is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any financial losses, smart contract errors, blockchain failures, or external factors affecting gameplay.
